This is such a classic song in mexican culture. An iconic singer for sure. The thing that made me fall hard for this songs was this performance in particular. The song is basically about his mother passing away and him expressing his love for her...the song translates to "Eternal love" At around the 5:37 mark it gets me teary-eyed everytime. He pulls the mic away and you can see how loud and powerful he's singing. With such heart and emotion. I don't want to imagine how awful and heart-wrenching it would be to lose a parent and no less write a song about it.
